Refund Policy at Secret School

All purchases made on Secret School, including courses, memberships, and digital resources, are generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

• You were charged due to a technical error on our platform
• The purchased course or material was not delivered or accessible due to an issue from our side

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to complete a course, device or internet issues, or purchases made during discounts or promotions.

To request a refund (if eligible), please email us at support@secretschool.in within 3 days of purchase, including your order details and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
