Cancellation Policy at Secret School

At Secret School, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent process for cancellations. Please read our policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.

Cancellations will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• You submit a cancellation request within 3 days of purchase or before course access is granted
• The course or service has not been accessed, downloaded, or started

Cancellations will not be accepted once you have accessed course content, downloaded materials, or if the service has already been delivered.

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@secretschool.in with your order details, registered email, and reason for cancellation.

If your cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that payment gateway charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
